The park offers 360 degree mountain views, with full hook ups and free WiFi at each of the 43 RV sites. Each 30' X 60' site is back in with a level, gravel pad, convenient hook ups, and a grass patio with individual picnic table. Holidays require a minimum of 3 day rental (Memorial Day, Independence Day, & Labor Day). We offer Premium 30/50 amp sites that back to our west river walk which borders the seasonal Cucharas river, Deluxe 30/50 amp sites which back to our east walk and provide clear view of the eastern sky, and Standard 30 amp sites which provide the most shade under our Cottonwood trees
Two Vintage Campers.
Each camper is equipped with 4 cup Mr Coffee and mini refrigerator. The campers do not have running water or working stove. Bathhouse is located next to Campers.

Starting rates for Cabin are based on up to 4 people and 1 vehicle. Additional people are $5 per person, per night. Only 1 camping unit allowed per site.
